If you have the pro 2/3 touch, you have the option to connect peripherals to the printer via USB. The touchscreen is basically a Linux PC, where you can connect several USB peripherals to. These are the things known to work via a USB hub or directly to the USB connection of the touchscreen.

  • Webcam, enables you to monitor your prints on a local network. If you want to monitor the prints from outside the local network, you need to configure your router for port forwarding.
  • USB to ethernet converter. In some cases a wireless network is not wanted, this enables you to use a wired network connection to control your printer.
  • Connect more printers to your touchscreen. This enables you to control more printers, via the wifi connection.
